That said, we do realize that during transportation there may be instances of goods being damaged. In these rare and unfortunate cases, we will allow for claims to be made within 3 business days of receipt.
In the rare instance of damaged product, please email email@example.com with your proof of payment and image of damaged goods and one of our Customer Service managers will be back in touch within 24 hours.
